Ordering

 

How to Order


Orders must be placed directly through our secure website.  To add an item to your shopping cart, simply click on the item to load up its detail window, then click the Add to Cart button.  The item will be added to your shopping cart and you can then choose to continue shopping or to View Shopping Cart and then proceed directly to Check Out.

 

When Checking Out, simply choose the destination shipping country and state (where applicable) and check out.  You will be taken to the PayPal processing page.  If you have a PayPal account, simply select the "Have a PayPal account?" option and use your PayPal account to complete your purchase.

 

Don't have a PayPal account or don't prefer to make one?  No problem!  Simply choose the "Don’t have a PayPal account?" option and you can easily check out as a Guest - you don't even need to create an account!

 

If you have any questions or concerns while checking out, please do not hesitate to contact us.  We're committed to responding to all questions within one business day, but we're usually much faster than that!

 

Order Status

You will receive an order confirmation via email immediately after placing your order. Once your order ships, you will receive an email which will include the tracking number.

Shipping Policy

 

 

USPS will be used for all shipping.  We ship orders out within 2 business days.

 

 

Return & Cancellation Policy

 

We are happy to accept all returns within 30 days of receiving your order. 

 

A full refund will be issued for merchandise in new condition returned with its original packaging and accessories. Shipping costs to/from the customer are non-refundable.

 

Please email or call us regarding any return or cancellation requests.

 

Damaged Items:

 

If your package arrives damaged, please call us at (678) 379-3759 or email us at CustomerSupport@CubicleLife.com within 7 days of receiving your order.  We will provide you with further instructions.

 

Order Changes & Cancellations:

If you need to make any changes to your order or cancel your order, please let us know immediately. Otherwise, we may not be able to make changes before your order ships.   We cannot cancel orders that have already been shipped.
